Gary`s Hamburgers in Martinez

The nice lady Melissia that cook our food did a amazing job. It was delicious! However the people behind the counter lack the proper customer etiquette. We were rushed and never asked if we needed condiments especially since Gary's doesn't make them readily available to the customers...Why not 🤔 My food wasn't free, I paid over $20.00 for mine and my girlfriend's meal. We shouldn't have to bother a already unfriendly staff for condiments and a spoon for grits. Not to mention I tipped them and had to put away my plates and utensils...Thank goodness the food was good, otherwise I probably would never go back. They can do better.

I've been in Augusta for over a year now and have been hearing radio ads for Gary's Hamburgers most of that time. . I finally got a chance to stop in and am so glad that I did! In addition to my order I made sure to try the chicken strips, since I've been hearing about those on the ads as well. The food was even better than the ads had promised, and the chicken strips were a huge hit! Great service and fair prices combined to make sure that I will be back! Highly recommended!

Friendly staff. Burger was delicious and perfectly made. Could use a little more salt on the fries but will definitely will be coming back.

Sold place to eat. Place is nice and clean. Small quite place but it can get busy fast. Food was really good (hamburger and fries). Coleslaw look real good to.They also serve philly stake and cheese so ill definitely be back for more.

My honey Loves this place..but there is one older lady that was constantly giving orders and directions...I LOVE IT..its call.MANAGING! She is not afraid to do so either. We need more than a million Managers like her. Im sure that is why people is willing to pay the high prices because of the quality and quick service. The d/t cashier was pleasant and served with a smile.

First time eating here. Absolutely no seasoning . A little sprinkle of salt would have helped. Burger was good and fries and onion rings were good (needs a little salt ) until I got mid way. Found 2 curly dirty fried hairs in my onion ring and fry basket.
